Blindswitch - New York City Metro Area's most promising up and coming "power pop" rock band - is here!

Rising from the clubs of NYC, Blindswitch broke into the pop scene in 2006 with their debut album, Shadows on the Wall. David Litvinsky, Blindswitch's songwriter and founder, blends pop, punk and 60's brit-rock influence into a new and eclectic sound and style.

Comprising the band is a mix of musicians hailing from both the East and West coasts. Together, they blend melodic guitar riffs, groove ridden bass lines, dance till you cant stop drum beats and captivating lyricism to produce music that is bursting with hooks you won't easily forget.

The Blindswitch sound gives more than a nod to their varied musical interests like Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Weezer and Neil Young. Combining years of musical experience, Blindswitch has recently played Pleasantville's 2008 Music Festival - sharing the stage with musical genius' Joan Osborne and Graham Parker. Blindswitch has also honed their craft at CBGB's, Club Midway, and The Mean Fiddler in NYC. Apart from live venues, their music has also been showcased on the daytime television show "The Young and the Restless" as well as on the upcoming Vin Diesel video game "Wheel Man" and various MTV programs.

Blindswitch is currently working on their next album (due out in the Fall) as well as gearing up for a long awaited series of shows around the northeast.

With classic standout tracks like "Kick Me," "Crazy Over You" and "Little Girl", get ready for Blindswitch to play it loud at a venue near you!
