One Control launches Caiman Tail Loop

Japanese switcher and effect pedal company One Control has introduced the new Caiman Tail Loop effects loop switcher.

This incredibly compact five loop programmable switcher gives the user quick access to up to 150 preset effect combinations, via six lanes, five programmable banks, and five programs per bank. It offers MIDI compatibility, with each preset storing five MIDI PC and five CC messages, and also allows the user to send up to two latch/unlatch switch signals for changing amp channels, sending tap tempo, etc.

Caiman Tail Loop can be used in either Program mode, in which the stored presets are accessed, or Direct mode, in which each of five effect loops is activated individually. The entire switcher and all effects may also be completely bypassed.

Caiman Tail Loop also features an input buffer, a mute switch, a tuner output, and six DC power outputs for powering your effects. Additionally, it has a MIDI input, permitting control via external MIDI equipment. You can also link two Caiman Tail Loop units via MIDI connection.

Caiman Tail Loop is now shipping to North American dealers.
