Line 6 has announced the ToneCore series of stompboxes, building
on the effects from PODxt, DL4, and Vetta.
Echo Park, Über Metal, Crunchtone, Constrictor, Space Chorus and Tap
Tremolo can all be powered by a standard 9 Volt battery, or optional power
supply. These pedals will be shipping this month.
ToneCore Pedals also feature a 2-in-one foot switch, for setting time-based
effects to match your music's tempo on the fly. A firm tap switches the effect
on or off, while taping lightly sets the time/speed of the effect.
The ToneCore series consists of:

Tempo and stereo ins and outs.
Über Metal — Three distortion models based on the Line 6 high gain tones
found in the HD147 and Vetta II amplifiers including Metal, Pulverize and Insane.
Plus, built-in selectable Noise Gate and scoop control for massive tonal contouring.
Crunchtone — Three full bodied overdrive models — Blues, Pop and Crunch
